First please check availability of the cabins by clicking on the
RESERVATION CALENDAR.
Next, please read the "WAINEKE CABIN RULES" sheet
as you must agree to these in order to complete your reservation.
Next, please send an e-mail to Helen with the following info: Your full name,
dates and time you would like to use the cabins, number of people, your address
and phone number, Cabin A or Cabin B, whether you will need cooking equipment,
and the name of the UCC church where you are a member. The reservation calendar
will show your reservation only after payment is received. If you do
not send in payment, your reservation cannot be held for you.
Send the full amount of cabin fees plus the mandatory Indemnification Agreement
to Helen Percival. You can download and print the
Indemnification Agreement here. Checks
should be made payable to Kauai Association UCC (please add
"Waineke" and your reservation dates in the memo line). Mail
checks to Helen Percival at PO Box 457, Waimea, HI 96796.
